Process Improvement Specialist (Food Industry )

Process Improvement Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Drive process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost productivity Analyze data to support decision-making and project selection Lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions Support value stream mapping and process optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production and operations Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support 5S initiatives

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/production environments Food or bakery industry experience preferred Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work on the shop floor

Pay:

$53,256.09 - $55,000.00 per year
