You will leverage your expertise in automation and diagnostics to minimize downtime, ensuring our production systems operate at peak performance through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance strategies to ensure the seamless installation and functionality of production machinery. Drive machine uptime and OEE improvements by performing complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. Lead the integration and optimization of new equipment, including advanced automation and robotic systems. Conduct rigorous preventative maintenance (TPM) to extend the lifecycle of critical shop floor assets. Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to perform precise diagnostics and system upgrades. Maintain a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, and internal safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Advanced proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, including PLC and relay logic systems. Proven experience in programming and maintaining automated equipment and robotics. Strong technical aptitude in metal fabrication, welding, and the use of precision power tools. Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating various industrial work positions. Preferred Skills Technical certification in a mechanical or electrical discipline. Direct experience maintaining stamping presses or industrial air compressor systems. Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives and PM program management.
