Job Description

Job Summary:
The Process Improvement Coordinator will support the seamless production of modular process systems. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality and Sales to develop manufacturing routings, optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold our high-quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop manufacturing processes for both office and plant improvements with LEAN manufacturing tools such as VSM, brainstorming and other methods. Develop manufacturing process routings and qualifications in ERP systems to populate job travelers. Interpret drawings, and process design documents; translate them into detailed manufacturing plans. Participate in design reviews to evaluate concepts, identify potential issues, and propose enhancements for functionality, manufacturability, and compliance. Develop manufacturing work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with Design, Automation, and QA/Inspection to integrate Factory Acceptance Testing. Design fixtures and tooling for fabrication, and assess the need for additional equipment. Liaise with supply chain and procurement to specify parts, generate BOMs, and track sourcing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean principles, KPIs) to increase throughput, reduce defects, and streamline operations. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases
