    • What You'll Do
    • You'll serve as the
    • hub between maintenance, operations, and vendors
    • , ensuring everything from parts to paperwork is accurate and on track: + Manage
    • CMMS system
    • , work orders, and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules + Maintain
    • equipment records, asset databases, and calibration tracking
    • + Coordinate with vendors, request quotes, and support procurement activities + Create
    • job plans, material lists, and maintenance documentation
    • + Process
    • purchase orders and requisitions
    • for parts and services + Track inventory and maintain
    • maintenance stockroom organization
    • + Support maintenance technicians with job preparation and documentation + Monitor supplies and ensure production support materials are available + Identify urgent issues and escalate to leadership when needed + Assist with
    • safety compliance and documentation
    • What You Bring
    • Required:
    • + High school diploma or GED + 2+ years of experience in
    • administrative, maintenance, or manufacturing support roles
    • + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Ability to read
    • technical documents and safety guidelines
    • + Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, basic calculations) + Strong communication skills (written & verbal) + Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
    • Preferred:
    • + Experience in
    • manufacturing or food production environments
    • + Familiarity with
    • CMMS systems (Maximo, SAP, etc.)
    • + Inventory, stockroom, or parts management experience + Experience reading
    • technical drawings or schematics
    • + Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
    • Work Environment
    • + Manufacturing setting (noise, dust, and production activity) + Combination of
    • desk work and hands-on floor support
    • + Standing, walking, and occasional lifting required

    • Pay Details:
    • $19.
