Job Description

Become part of a team committed to manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. As a Quality Specialist, you will apply your analytical skills and quality methodologies to improve processes, reduce defects, and ensure reliable production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing the systems and standards that protect our products and customers.
Responsibilities:
Reduce internal defects, improve throughput yield, and decrease external part defects to enhance manufacturing quality. Refine processes using capability studies, control plans, and audits to boost performance and process reliability. Spearhead Kaizen events and other initiatives to meet plant targets for productivity and cost reduction. Apply problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions, utilizing A3 methodology. Support production by working with manufacturing labor standards, routings, work instructions, and SAP system needs. Contribute to the design and deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and information management systems. Participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
Qualifications:
Required Skills Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Skills Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in engineering. Experience in Quality Engineering. Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel and Power BI. Knowledge of ISO documentation systems. Familiarity with SAP.
