Overview IFM, a division of Gaubert Oil Company, provides specialized lubrication, fuel, and chemical-cleaning services for industrial customers. We are hiring dependable project crew members for demanding field-based assignments. Pay, Travel, Lodging, and Per Diem
- Estimated weekly gross: $2,120 to $3,180 per week based on $20 to $30 per hour, 84 hours/week, and overtime after 40 hours at 1.5x. Estimate is before taxes, deductions, per diem, lodging, travel, or bonuses.
- Travel/lodging/per diem: For qualified project assignments, IFM will fly non-local candidates to the project area and provide company-paid hotel plus per diem.

Field Support:
Entry-level to experienced candidates with strong safety awareness and communication skills; supports spotting/flagging, safe work areas, barricades, housekeeping, loading, staging, and cleanup.
Industrial Services Technicians:
Industrial, plant, oil and gas, mechanical, maintenance, flushing, filtration, chemical-cleaning, or field-service experience preferred; supports equipment setup, hose/pump work, service work, JSAs, job logs, and inspections.
Equipment Operators:
Qualified scissor lift/MEWP, forklift, and/or small crane operators; must inspect equipment, follow load limits/lift plans, and operate only when qualified and authorized. Requirements for All Roles
- Able to work the full project schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week.
- Able to pass drug testing and customer/site-access requirements.
- Able to work safely in industrial conditions and wear required PPE.
- Reliable transportation once at the job site/reporting location; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Preferred certifications/experience: OSHA, TWIC, SafeLand/SafeGulf, forklift, scissor lift/MEWP, crane, rigging/signal, CDL, hazmat/tanker, plant/outage/turnaround, oil and gas, or related industrial experience.
