Coming soon…Student Loan Reimbursement assistance About the Job The Plant Leader drives safe, efficient plant operations while developing a high-performing team, ensuring product quality, and leading continuous improvement and capital projects. Lead day-to-day plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Develop and mentor team members to build technical capability and accountability Partner across engineering, maintenance, production, and logistics for aligned execution Drive process stability, troubleshooting, and ongoing OPEX improvement initiatives Oversee capital projects, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and execution Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (MSHA/OSHA) Establish KPIs, SOPs, and performance standards to meet production and customer expectations Optimize energy and material usage while maintaining operational excellence Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in a process manufacturing environment 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with bulk material handling equipment Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Technical knowledge relevant to plant operations; electrical experience or certifications a plus Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement The Fine Print Benefits and perquisites may vary based on the nature and location of each job.
