Job Description:
We are seeking a Plant Operator to work in our food processing and container-filling environment. Previous plant operation knowledge is a plus; however, we will provide training for candidates with strong manual skills. The role involves mastering equipment operation within our bottling plant and rotating through various positions daily. Compliance with company policies, especially safety regulations, is essential.             Training Provided:
            Our Supervisors will train you to operate each piece of dairy plant equipment, forklift, and company vehicles.
            Job Requirements:
            • Pass a Criminal Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
            • Strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations and programs.
            • Keeping the work environment clean and free from hazards.
            • Food processing and container filling: We process milk and other beverages, bottling them in glass bottles.
            • Understand, follow, and apply company policies, practices, and operating procedures.
            • The standard hours are 6:00 a.
