Job Description
12 hour night shift available Weekends and holidays are required if scheduled Full benefits We are looking for hard working reliable individual that is seeking long term employment. The ideal candidate would have distillation, processing, and chemical handling experience.
Responsibilities:
Learn and comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times- Setting and controlling the operating parameters of the plant
- Follow the instruction of the supervisor on plant operations
- Maximize and optimize plant operations on a continuous basis
- Troubleshoot and adjust operational problems to maximize production
- Perform all quality control tests and log accurately
- React in a quick and timely fashion to problems, tests and checks, or directions given by supervisor and/or management staff Qualities we seek:
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage interruptions and manage daily tasks while maintain a professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail
- Appreciation for quality
- Self-motivated
- Works well in a team environment as well as on your own.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must have ability to work at heights over 12 feet, climb industrial ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 65 lbs. at low frequencies
- Agree to comply with all our safety processes and procedures
- Required to wear various PPE while in the production area
- Possess basic math skills Clean background and drug screening are required
