Full time What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety. Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations. What We Are Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures. Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments. Capability to perform equipment checks, identify issues, and support basic maintenance. Comfort working in fast‑paced, physically active settings with changing priorities. Reliable communication and teamwork skills to support daily production goals. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
