What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes Inspect systems and materials to maintain product quality and consistency Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly Adjust controls and settings to optimize plant performance Follow safety procedures and support a culture of operational excellence What Are We Looking For Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial plant equipment Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting capability Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
