An ideal candidate would have 10+ years in a natural gas construction role. The construction supervisor plans, directs, and coordinates the day-to-day activities of assigned projects and crews. A Mirra Construction Supervisor leads field crews on gas and utility projects to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. This role oversees daily site operations, manages crews and subcontractors, and coordinates logistics, materials, equipment, and personnel. The supervisor enforces safety and regulatory requirements, conducts site inspections, and maintains quality control. The position also includes hands-on technical work such as operating equipment, pipefitting, and laboring as needed to support the crew. Responsibilities include completing required paperwork, reports, and operator qualifications, as well as resolving field issues and coordinating with utilities and Dig Safe. The supervisor coaches and trains team members, leads by example, manages multiple jobs and priorities, and promotes a collaborative work environment aligned with Mirra's values of transparency, teamwork, and inclusion. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to support project schedules and emergency work. Pay based on experience Qualifications 10+ years of Gas Construction experience Valid driver's license Ability to safely lead, motivate and inspire a team Ability to work nights and weekends Be able to communicate effectively with crews, management, and clients Proficiency or ability to become proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent leadership abilities Time management skills Ability to collaborate with others and understanding how to work in a team Excellent communication skills Ability to work outside in all-weather on jobsites Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting materials weighing 50+ lbs. Responsibilities Responsible for safe, dependable, and efficient operation Oversee project work quality, compliance, and safety Serve as subject matter expert to provide unique insight related to project and operations Maintain licenses and Natural Gas Qualifications Provide technical solutions to improve or enhance project and business performance Work independently to drive the success of the organization Schedule and plan personnel to create affective crews Direct activities to ensure proper and timely completion of projects Supervises both internal and contracted personnel to assure the timely and cost-effective completion of work Supervising workforce through coaching, counseling, and team building Direct Involvement in identifying employees for uptraining and advancement Review project plans and scope to ensure accuracy and quality in project execution Execute projects in accordance with company, customer, Federal and State policy and regulatory requirements Monitor performance of assigned teams.
