About the role:

A 4 to 5 month contract opportunity. You will report to the Program Director located in Monticello, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Deliver training in classroom, simulator, and plant environments Instruct and evaluate: Non-licensed operators Initial license candidates Licensed operators and shift leadership Develop and maintain training materials (lesson plans, simulator scenarios, evaluation tools, JPMs) Support performance improvement and corrective action programs Assist with simulator fidelity and regulatory compliance (NRC / ANSI standards) Participate in emergency response organization, refueling outages, and plant issue response

Qualifications:

Requirements Active or previously held Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license required Instructional capability Prior SRO certification (BWR preferred) 10+ years nuclear operations experience Classroom and simulator instruction experience Experience with
