Your responsibilities include:

Safely load and unload bulk cement and related materials. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment. Set up and monitor cement mixing and blending equipment. Perform equipment inspections before each shift. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Maintain accurate load-out documentation and inventory records. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Coordinate with truck drivers, supervisors, and operations personnel. Report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting. Support daily plant operations while meeting production schedules. Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience working in bulk material handling, cement plants, industrial facilities, manufacturing, or oilfield operations. Forklift operating experience. Experience loading and unloading trucks, trailers, or bulk storage systems. Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures. Ability to work safely around industrial equipment. Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in physically demanding conditions. Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including overtime when needed. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Oil & Gas experience. Cement plant or bulk terminal experience. Experience with batching systems or computerized load-out controls. Basic mechanical troubleshooting experience. HazCom knowledge. Forklift Certification. OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Education High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
