Starting at $27Job Duties:
Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to detect and address any issues or malfunctions. Adjust machine settings and control parameters to maintain product quality and production standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plant equipment, including cleaning and minor repairs. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and any issues encountered during operations. Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize plant processes and resolve any operational challenges. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in plant operations or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role is highly desirable. Forklift experience is required. Strong understanding of plant machinery and equipment, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and production schedules. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.Benefits:
