Midstream Operator Location:
Carlsbad, New Mexico (On-site)
Job Summary:
We seek dedicated professionals to help drive operational excellence through the safe and efficient management of production and injection wells, compressors, and field equipment. Our team values a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration to achieve daily objectives across all assets.
Responsibilities:
Launch and receive pipeline pigs following operational procedures. Collect operational readings and communicate findings effectively to ensure accurate data flow within the team. Assist with equipment isolation, repairs, and maintenance on field operations equipment. Maintain assigned facilities to company standards while adhering strictly to all company policies and procedures.
Required:
Experience in oil and gas field operations, compression systems, or related industrial environments is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are essential for the position. Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams. This position requires a commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
