Plant Operator-OKC Location Brooks Grease Service - 3.1 Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $18 - $25 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Commercial vehicle Full Job Description Job purpose Perform various jobs around the plant to keep the facility running efficiently. This position requires consistent physical exertion, independent work, and sustained alertness in variable environmental conditions. Essential Job Functions The following functions are considered essential to the Grease Route Driver position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis. These duties must typically be performed independently and without assistance. General upkeep of plant area Loading and unloading trucks with cooking oil efficiently and safely. Cleaning grease containers with pressure hoses Various projects as directed by the plant manager Following all safety regulations Clean up oil spills Always organizing and keeping plant areas clean. Handle tasks win an environment that may involve odors, occasional messiness and outdoor exposure to weather conditions Collaborating with team members while demonstrating self-sufficiency and independence Working Environment & Conditions Majority of work is done outdoors. Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Exposure to grease, strong odors, uneven or slippery surfaces, and industrial environments. Workdays typically Monday through Friday; overtime and rotating on-call weekends are required. Shifts may range from 8 to 12 hours. Each employee is expected to complete no less than 8 hours daily, unless prior approval by management. Physical & Endurance Requirements Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 50-75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and grip repeatedly throughout the workday. Ability to climb into and out of commercial vehicles repeatedly. Ability to climb ladders or stairs safely. Ability to work continuously throughout a full shift while maintaining alertness and safe judgment.
