Heat Treat Operator Location:
Pittsburgh, PA Shift:
Must be able to work any shift (will be steady once you start) What you ll do: Verify melt numbers on parts, traveler and test bars are consistent and accurate Solution Heat Treat - perform start-up, operation, shut down, and quench Age Ovens - perform start-up, operation and shut down Operate gantry crane Drive a fork truck Operate a small grinder Perform hardness testing Light computer work Perform any and all other job-related tasks as assigned What you ll need: 1 or more years of previous experience is preferred High school diploma
Working Conditions:
Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds. This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Be aware of and observe all safety practices. Including but not limited to- Safety glasses, safety boots, hearing protection, etc as required Know and follow all safety rules and procedures. Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
