What You'll Be Doing Perform general labor tasks to support safe and efficient aggregate plant operations. Operate mobile and plant equipment as trained to maintain production flow. Assist with routine plant maintenance, cleanup, and housekeeping activities. Monitor equipment and report issues to ensure reliable, continuous operation. Support team members with hands-on tasks across the site as operational needs arise. What We Are Looking For Commitment to working safely and following established procedures. Ability to learn and operate mobile equipment and basic plant systems. Capability to perform physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
