Full-Time Job Overview Trans-Tex Cementing Services is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bulk Plant Operator to join our oilfield cementing operations team. This position is responsible for assisting with daily bulk plant operations, loading cement and additives, maintaining plant equipment, tracking inventory, and supporting field crews with materials needed for downhole cementing jobs. The ideal candidate is dependable, hard-working, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced oilfield environment. Responsibilities Load and unload bulk cement, additives, and materials for field operations. Operate bulk plant equipment, compressors, valves, silos, transfer lines, and related systems. Assist with blending, weighing, and preparing cement and additives according to job requirements. Maintain accurate inventory of cement, additives, and bulk materials. Perform daily inspections of silos, tanks, hoses, valves, air systems, and plant equipment. Keep the bulk plant, loading areas, and equipment clean and organized. Complete required paperwork, material logs, inspection forms, and safety documentation. Communicate with supervisors, dispatch, and field crews regarding material needs and job schedules. Follow all company, customer, HSE, and DOT safety procedures. Assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and general yard duties as needed. Participate in safety meetings, JSA reviews, and training requirements. Requirements Previous bulk plant, cement, oilfield, warehouse, or equipment operation experience preferred. Ability to safely operate equipment and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials as needed. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Basic mechanical knowledge preferred. Forklift, CDL, or equipment operating experience is a plus but not required. Must be safety-minded and willing to follow company procedures at all times. Preferred Experience Bulk cement plant operations. Oilfield cementing support. Silo loading and unloading.
