Job Description

Description Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience while safely and efficiently operating plant equipment. Transport aggregate and other materials at the plant site Maintain cleanliness of plant site Coordinate with plant operator to maintain proper levels of aggregates and other materials Push up and rotate stockpiles daily for moisture consistency Notify plant manager of equipment maintenance needs Other Functions Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others Performs all other related duties, as assigned Qualifications Report to work on time and on a regular basis Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstances Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes Express oneself clearly and concisely Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Education/Experience One to three years of similar or related experience Valid State of Texas drivers license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage
