Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of plant machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime. Troubleshoot operational issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to plant operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate complex machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as needed. Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in an industrial setting is essential.
