Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking motivated and reliable Plant Operators to join our team at our facility in Skippers, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing operation with long-term career potential. Operators will be responsible for safely monitoring, operating, and maintaining plant equipment while ensuring quality production standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor plant equipment and systems
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
  • Support plant startup and daily operations
Pay:
$24.85 - $25.00 per hour
