In this position, you will be operating a bagging plant to fill, seal, and stack bags on pallets for delivery. You will also be performing general housekeeping throughout the shift and at the end of the shift to maintain a clean and safe working environment. The schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 6:00AM to 2:30PM. Why Cedar Grove? Cedar Grove is a local, family-owned business with deep roots in the Seattle area dating back to 1938. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate safely and efficiently equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines. Work safely around conveyor belts. Operate portable and stationary screening equipment. Perform routine clean-up of work area on daily basis. Perform and assist the team as needed. Required Skills Must be self-motivated and able to meet operational performance standards. Must work as a team member. Flexible work schedule due to seasonal demands including overtime. Education/Certification High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a valid Washington driver's license Experience/Other Forklift experience is a plus History of good employment attendance Physical Demands To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to stand for four or more hours per day, and frequently lift, push/pull, and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
