Job Summary:

ELCO is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Pre-Press Technician to support our Screen Printing Department. This position focuses on preparing, cleaning, and maintaining screens to keep production running efficiently. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare screens for printing (coating, burning, setup) Clean and reclaim screens after production Maintain screen rotation to support workflow Inspect screens for quality and readiness Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective gear Keep work area organized in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and standing Ability to handle physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting working with ink Loud machinery and equipment Dirty or messy conditions are normal Must wear gloves, safety glasses, and other required

PPE Qualifications:

Experience in a similar field preferred but not required - training provided Must be reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance Ability to work Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently after training

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
