Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring a Digital Press Operator in Phoenix ! This position is a great foot-in-the-door to an established Printing Production company where you can learn new skills & machinery to strengthen your career! Monday-Friday 1st shift: 6 AM -2:30 PM + overtime as needed $18/hr Phoenix, AZ 85040
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a printing production/manufacturing environment, preferably in digital printing Strong understanding of print production processes, substrates, and color theory. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and job specifications. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic computer skills and proficiency in digital print software and RIPs. Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain digital laser and inkjet presses (Ricoh, Screen or similar) Prepare digital files for print, ensuring proper color management, layout, and resolution. Load paper stock (sheet and rolls) and monitor print runs for quality, registration, and consistency. Monitor the production process to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to minimize downtime (will be trained) Collaborate with the prepress and finishing teams to ensure accurate and timely order completion. Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies; make adjustments as needed. Record production data and report any issues or delays to supervisors. Meet deadlines for assigned projects to keep mail campaigns on schedule #INDAZ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
