Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Prepress / Production Artist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills who enjoys preparing customer artwork for production, ensuring print quality, and supporting a fast-paced production environment. This position focuses primarily on prepress and production artwork rather than creative design. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure files are accurate, print-ready, and meet production specifications. Responsibilities Review customer artwork to ensure files are complete and suitable for production. Prepare and modify artwork for various printing processes. Make necessary adjustments to ensure print quality and production accuracy. Communicate with customers regarding artwork questions and file corrections. Perform quality checks on project samples to verify print and product specifications. Report defective or incorrect products to the Sales and Purchasing teams. Organize and maintain project files, samples, and production documentation. Create website banners and digital graphics as needed. Assist with product photography and photo editing. Design marketing materials including brochures, stickers, promotional cards, and related collateral. Manage multiple projects while meeting production deadlines. Collaborate with production, sales, and other departments to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a Production Artist, Prepress, Print Production, or related role preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of macOS. Understanding of print production processes and preparing print-ready files. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Willingness to learn new products, processes, and technologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial printing, promotional products, signage, or related industries. Knowledge of vector artwork, color correction, image editing, and print file preparation. Basic photography and photo editing experience.
