The Company product range includes decorative and specialty glass for every application across the field of architecture in both interior and exterior installations. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphics Specialist to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-format digital printing, color management, file preparation, and artwork evaluation. This role is responsible for ensuring customer-supplied artwork meets quality standards and production requirements while supporting efficient, high-quality print operations. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate customer artwork for quality, resolution, clarity, sizing, alignment, and overall suitability for production. Prepare, modify, and optimize artwork files for large-format printing applications and verify output accuracy prior to production. Identify potential artwork issues and communicate recommendations or required corrections to internal teams and customers. Manage color consistency across multiple substrates and printing platforms using established color management practices. Operate and support large-format digital printing workflows. Ensure artwork files meet production specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Maintain organized digital file management and production records. Collaborate with Sales reps, Order Entry, and production personnel to ensure successful project execution. Assist in developing and maintaining department standards, workflows, and quality control procedures. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic production, prepress, large-format printing, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital file formats, image resolution, color spaces, and print production requirements. Experience evaluating customer-supplied artwork for print readiness and production suitability. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. Knowledge of color management principles and color correction techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with HP large-format printers and related workflow software. Experience with direct-to-glass or decorative glass printing applications. Familiarity with RIP software and digital print production workflows. Knowledge of CNC fabrication workflows and glass processing operations. Understanding of color shift compensation during tempering and curing processes. Working knowledge of industrial printing equipment, substrates, inks, and print manufacturing processes.
