DTF & UV DTF
Print Operator to join our innovative printing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of producing high-quality, vibrant prints using Direct-to-Film (DTF) and UV DTF printing technologies. Your expertise will ensure that each print meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, clarity, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing equipment and contribute to the creation of custom apparel, promotional items, and unique visual products. Responsibilities Operate and maintain DTF and UV DTF printing machines to produce vibrant, high-resolution prints with precision and consistency Prepare digital files using graphic design software, ensuring proper layout, color management, and print readiness Conduct prepress checks including color calibration, image resolution verification, and layout adjustments to optimize print quality Manage ink supplies, film materials, and UV curing processes to ensure smooth production flow Perform quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Troubleshoot technical issues with printers, including mechanical or software malfunctions, to minimize downtime Collaborate with design teams to refine artwork for optimal print results and ensure adherence to client specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and operational protocols Utilize CNC machinery or machining tools when necessary for equipment maintenance or custom fabrication tasks Assist in inventory management of printing supplies such as films, inks, and substrates Experience Proven experience operating DTF printers or UV DTF printing equipment in a manufacturing or commercial setting Strong understanding of screen printing techniques, prepress processes, and color management principles Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for file preparation and editing Knowledge of layout design, typography, and print advertising principles to enhance visual impact Familiarity with flexo presses or CNC machinery is a plus for multi-faceted production roles Experience in quality control procedures within a manufacturing environment to ensure consistent output Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively to maintain production schedules Join us as a vital part of our creative manufacturing team!
