About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Press Operator to join our Production team. This role is responsible for preparing digital files, operating and maintaining digital press equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring print projects meet our quality standards and deadlines. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements:

What We're Looking For 2-3 years of digital press operation experience in a high-volume production environment Strong production background in digital printing Experience manipulating PDF files and digital print assets Ability to use RIP software and evaluate print files Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to lift 35-40 pounds and work in a production environment Willingness to work overtime or adjusted shifts during peak production periods Commitment to Outreach's Mission, Vision, and Core Values Preferred Qualifications Experience with variable data printing Experience in commercial print or manufacturing environments Knowledge of print finishing equipment and processes Experience working in deadline-driven production environments Apply Today If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your print production career while working for an organization with a meaningful mission, we'd love to hear from you. •Outreach, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
