  • Job Summary Responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, repair, and modification of MFD printer equipment.
Serves as the on-site technical expert, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, troubleshooting, and training. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain and REPAIR printers Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Support product implementations and upgrades Provide training and product demos Serve as on-site customer contact Manage service calls and meet SLAs Ensure equipment performance standards Track service activity and documentation Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in field service or customer support. Strong electro-mechanical aptitude. Proven experience servicing printers, imaging devices, or related hardware. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Proficient in administrative tasks and computer systems. Ability to frequently lift up to 60 pounds. Education High school diploma or GED required.
Pay:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
