Large Format Prepress Specialist

Job Summary Copley Visual, a large-format print and visual solutions company, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Prepress Specialist Prepress Production:

Check, manipulate, and pre-flight client-supplied artwork to ensure print readiness.

Workflow Management:

Collaborate with sales and project management to define, prioritize, and execute production tasks.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain file storage structures for current and future project archiving.

Color Management:

Manage color profiling and maintain consistency across various substrates (experience preferred).

Communication & Efficiency:

Proactively communicate with the production management to optimize workflow efficiency and adhere to tight deadlines.

Multi-Tasking:

Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-priority environment.

Requirements Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and RIP software (e.g., Print Factory, Caldera, Onyx).

Experience:

1-2 years of prepress experience, preferably in the large format printing industry.

Software Skills:

Proficient in both PC and Mac environments.

Detail-Oriented:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication:
