Full-Time Prepress Scan Technician

Full-Time Prepress Scan Technician LAD Custom Publishing is seeking a full-time Prepress Scan Technician to join our Production team. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, and processing client materials for print and digital production. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Operate high‑resolution scanners and related prepress equipment as required Prepare physical materials for scanning, including books, documents, and artwork Perform color correction, cleanup, and file optimization Ensure all scanned files meet production specifications and quality standards Maintain accurate file organization and naming conventions Collaborate with Production, Prepress, and Account Management teams as required Assist with general department tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in prepress, scanning, or print production preferred Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and basic image editing tools a plus Knowledge of basic graphic design a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site full time Schedule & Compensation Full-time, on-site position Monday-Friday Competitive pay and benefits

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
