Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking reliable and skilled Camera Operator/Production Assistant to join our team for a track sporting event. In this role, you will be capturing high-quality footage, supporting production workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of video projects. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of camera operating and sports videography. •This is a temporary contract position• Responsibilities Operate camera and associated equipment during livestream production. Collaborate with the Director and other team members to capture desired shots. Set up camera and audio equipment in the morning/breakdown after event. Capture high-quality photographs for promotional materials and social media content using photography best practices and Adobe Lightroom. Assist with production tasks to ensure a successful event. Work outside in the heat and standing for long periods of time. Skills Proficiency in video production, including sports or track & field videography. Strong knowledge of videography techniques and livestream camera operation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
