We are currently seeking a skilled prepress technician looking to make an impact in a growing organization and support our production process. The Pre-Press Technician responsibilities include Preparing and checking files for color accuracy, resolution, and appropriate file format conversion using Adobe Creative Cloud software. Utilizing Kodak Prinergy workflow system to process digital files for print production. Creating digital and high-res color match proofs for client's final approval. Collaborating with designers, clients, and production team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery. Preparing plate layouts using Pandora step-and-repeat software. Preparing offset printing plates ensuring accuracy and quality according to job specifications.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Printing Technology or a related field; or one to two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in packaging or related print environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of color accuracy, resolution, and file format conversion. Occasionally move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
