Job Description
  • Deliver customer SLA requirements (document printing, assembly and finishing).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs
  • Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
  • Operate basic production equipment (printers, copiers, score/fold/cut machines)
  • Clean and maintain office & equipment when necessary. Process basic forms and update information using a PC
  • Maintain appropriate supply inventory, distribute supplies as required
  • Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run

  • Able to demonstrate basic computer skills
  • Functional knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)
  • Basic use of MS Office, with sufficient knowledge to maintain reporting in Excel ; ○ Web access knowledge and Internet skills ○ Proficiency and Literacy in Outlook
  • Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails , find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry
  • Able to demonstrate ability to use internet explorer for web browsing , sending documents to preconfigured printer, mapping network printers to their computer
  • Additional Training provided in Device Care (replacing toner cartridges, drums, and consumables) Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
  • Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism in the work environment
  • Experience in a production environment 2-3 years
  • Experience in Office Setting (Minimum 1 year)
  • Device Care (replacing toner cartridges, drums, and consumables) Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
  • Adobe In Design and Acrobat
  • comfortable with minor adjustments or changes, additional training will be provided
  • Fiery systems knowledge
