Printer & Copier Technician:
Are you a hands-on technical expert who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Solutions Specialist / Printer & Copier Technician and become the go-to specialist for servicing and repairing advanced office technology solutions. Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain multifunction printers and office equipment. Manage your own territory, inventory, and customer relationships. Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to fellow technicians. Partner with Sales to identify upgrade and revenue opportunities. Deliver outstanding service while working independently in the field. What we're looking for: 3+ years of technical service experience. Expertise in office equipment, printers, and multifunction devices. 1 Industry Certification required. Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
