Screen Room Technician

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and motivated Screen Room Technician to join our production team. The Screen Room Technician plays a key role in the screen printing process. This position is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and reclaiming screens, ensuring all materials are ready for smooth production runs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Reclaim, clean, and maintain screens after production Maintain screen room equipment and inventory (emulsion, chemicals, mesh, etc.) Perform quality checks on screens to ensure proper tension and image clarity Keep the screen room organized, clean, and compliant with safety guidelines Qualifications Experience in screen printing or screen preparation preferred (but not required — we will train the right person!) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfort working with tools, chemicals, and machinery Good time management and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
