Company Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HP Printer Technician located in Traverse City, MI. The HP Printer Technician will be responsible for providing printer support and technical support for various types of HP printers and desktop computers. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal printer performance. The technician will also be required to manage inventory of printer supplies and parts, as well as assist customers with technical queries and setup. Qualifications Proficiency in Printer Support, Printers, and Desktop Computers Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with HP printers and related technologies is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
