Shift:
Weekend 12-hour schedule
Hours:
Friday-Saturday-Sunday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m.
Comp:
36 hours worked, paid for 40, plus a weekend shift differential What will you do? Assist with setup, operation, and upkeep of KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed litho presses (6- and 7-color, 40").
Watch the run:
maintain color consistency, registration, and overall print quality. Help fine-tune ink and water balance to hit target results. Support routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep throughput high. Team up with production to meet deadlines and output goals. Keep the press area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. What do you need? High school diploma or equivalent; printing trade coursework is a bonus. Experience as a Litho Press Feeder or closely related role. Solid grasp of offset printing processes and equipment. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting mindset. Ability to work solo and in a team environment. Effective communicator with a positive, proactive approach. Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
