This role focuses on preparing print jobs for the production floor, ensuring materials, plates, and specifications are accurate and ready to meet production schedules. Schedule Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Occasional overtime and weekends as needed Key Responsibilities Monitor Kiwi system and deliver tooling to machine areas in correct order Verify all materials match the original order master Place all required tooling on carts and stage in machine areas Remove finished tooling from machine areas and return to proper storage locations Wash printing plates, inspect for damage, and return to designated areas Inspect tooling for damage and tag items needing repair Return die cuts to correct slots in die cut racks Return ink to proper locations and combine like colors as needed Put away new ink in designated storage areas Assist with ink inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization of prepress, die cut, and storage areas Follow quality standards outlined in the Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Procedures Manual Report any conditions affecting quality standards Maintain good housekeeping practices in all work areas Clean and maintain tooling storage areas for BRC compliance Assist in other areas and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and perform basic math forklift experience preferred (training available) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs Bending, stooping, and reaching as needed Clear vision and hearing for safe equipment operation Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels. This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
