Digital Design and Document Specialist

The Vealey Group (Greenville Branch) is looking for a dynamic Digital Design and Assistant Prepress Associate to work with our client.

Purpose:

Serve as the client liaison for graphic/digital document projects while managing digital files and setting realistic expectations for feasibility and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain positive relationships with clients, sales, and team members Collaborate with onsite staff to ensure smooth job processing Review and enhance image quality and productivity Provide recommendations to improve customer documents using color Prepare, correct, and convert files for printing using multiple operating systems Apply color management, correction, and image editing (CMYK/RGB) Preflight check and fix file errors Educate clients on design and color quality standards Manage fonts and digital front-end color production setup Adhere to company policies and attend staff meetings Lift up to 15 lbs; ability to work overtime and multi-task as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 1-4 years in related graphic/print production operations Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, desktop publishing, Microsoft Office, file prep, page layout, vector illustration, font management, and color correction

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
