Job Description

Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented Pre Press & Digital Production Technician to prepare and manage high-quality digital reproduction files for small and large format output. What You'll Do Prepare and manage prepress files for digital reproduction using Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and related tools. Create and adjust color profiles, clipping paths, photo manipulations, and precise color matching. Operate and support output devices including Mimaki flatbed printers, vinyl cutters, Mutoh flatbed printers, Epilog and Trotec lasers. Troubleshoot files before production to ensure print quality and accuracy. Maintain organized job and file management within an ERP/MRP manufacturing workflow. Coordinate daily with team members to meet time-sensitive deadlines and customer expectations. Communicate directly with customers to clarify and adjust detailed requests. What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in small or large format digital production preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and Excel a MUST. Solid understanding of ERP/MRP manufacturing processes and prepress workflows. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Keen eye for detail, color accuracy, and print quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Raster6 or similar RIP software is a plus. Enthusiasm for learning and adopting new technologies, including AI/LLM tools, web platforms, and advanced design/photography software. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
