  • Flexible Packaging & Printing We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Mounter to join our flexible packaging and commercial printing team.
The Mounter is responsible for preparing, inspecting, and mounting printing plates and cylinders used in large flexographic printing presses. This position plays a critical role in ensuring print quality, color alignment, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Mount printing plates onto cylinders for flexographic printing presses Inspect plates, sleeves, and cylinders for defects or damage Verify artwork positioning, registration, and print specifications Prepare materials for upcoming production runs Clean and maintain mounting equipment and work area Work closely with press operators, supervisors, and production teams Follow all safety and quality control procedures
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods Printing or flexographic experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the
USA Schedule & Environment:
12-hour shifts Overtime and weekend availability needed Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to inks, machinery, and moving equipment This is a long-term opportunity to learn a specialized vocational skill within the flexible packaging and commercial printing industry.
Pay:
