Job Description
We at Hybrid-Tek are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Screen Printer to join our team, specialized in thick-film circuit boards. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality printed circuits used in electrical components. Responsibilities/ Duties Operate and maintain screen printing equipment for production Prepare screens and materials according to job specifications Setting up machinery for each printing job and adjust equipment as needed Align and register film with high precision to meet tight tolerances Follow technical drawing requirements and be consistent with every print Inspect printed circuits for defects, consistency, and quality standards Follow safety protocols and maintain clean working environment Document production data and maintain accurate records Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training) 1-3+ years of screen printing experience Familiarity with film circuit boards, fine-line printing, soldering is a plus Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Patience to learn For more information, email info@hybrid-tek.com
