This role is focused on keeping machines running, handling light production, and stepping in when needed . This is not a full-time role and is ideal for someone looking for consistent, part-time technical work. Required (Do Not Apply If You Don't Meet These) Experience working with DTF printers or similar print equipment Basic technical ability to troubleshoot and maintain machines Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Responsibilities 1. Machine Maintenance (Primary Responsibility) Maintain and monitor DTF printers at partner warehouse Troubleshoot basic issues and keep machines running Identify problems early and escalate when needed 2. Light Production Support (sometimes) Run DTF print jobs when needed Assist with simple print-on-demand orders Ensure consistency and quality of output 3. Occasional Support (As Needed) Assist with small production runs Provide backup support during busy periods Occasional visit to Jersey City location for support Ideal Candidate Hands-on and dependable Comfortable working independently Experience with printing equipment (DTF, screen print, or similar) Detail-oriented and consistent Compensation $25-$35/hour Minimum 2-hour blocks per visit Important Notes This is a part-time, on-demand role (5-8 hrs/week) Work is consistent but light—ideal for someone with flexible availability Reliability is more important than speed To Apply Please send: Brief introduction Relevant experience with printing or technical equipment
