Position Description:

MFP tech's provides onsite and remote support for all Crumbacher contracted and non-contracted clients. Work will include troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, repairing and installing new multifunction printers, and communicating effectively with customers and manufacturer support teams. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair common printer, copier issues Paper jams, feed issues, print quality problems Roller, fuser, and transfer belt replacements Basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting Perform routine preventive maintenance without supervision Install printers onsite Calibrate devices and restore print quality Document all service activity accurately in Miracle Service ticketing systems Maintain parts inventory and request replacements as needed Provide clear, professional communication with end users on-site and via email Escalate advanced or vendor-specific issues when appropriate Successful candidates shall meet all the following criteria: A valid drivers license and clean driving record A High school diploma or GED minimum (preferred at least 2+ years of college) Basic Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Knowledge. Must be able to lift 80lb and operate a hand truck up 300lb Helpful to have: 2+ years of experience in any of the major MFP providers in the country Strong understanding of theory of operation in the xerographics processor Background in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Full time Hourly $19.50 - $28.50
