We are looking for a detail-oriented Offset Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate our high-quality offset presses to deliver top-tier products that meet exact client specifications. UV Key Responsibilities Set Up & Operation:
Efficiently set up and run large-format, sheet-fed presses according to job specifications and tight deadlines.
Quality Control:
Establish precise color quality and maintain strict ink/water balance and color consistency throughout the entire print run.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance. Diagnose technical issues and handle minor equipment repairs on the fly.
Workflow Coordination:
Manage and coordinate the workload schedule to optimize productivity and meet customer delivery windows.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2-5 years of hands-on offset press operation experience.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Testing Requirements:
Must be able to pass standard pre-employment assessments for attention to detail, basic math, manual dexterity, and color vision.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle mechanical adjustments. Preferred (Big Plus)
Qualifications:
Experience running a Heidelberg large-format sheet-fed presses. Strong background working with UV Inks .
