Assists with soft count during drop as requested Must keep up to date on new and changing technologies for all manufactures of gaming devices
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with system reports and maintains player-tracking systemAssists floor personnel with jackpots and machine malfunctionsDiagnose and repair machine malfunctionsMaintains all machine lights, bill validators, LCD's, TITO printers, filters and all other moving parts of slot machines and signage Maintain all parts of the player tracking systemMove machines, wire machines to the slot system, install and test all player tracking components, install, and test all necessary locks, follow proper procedure for final drops and meter capturesReplace slot machine components including but not limited to, bill validators, printers, buttons chairs, door switches, lights, monitors, and all player tracking componentsInspect, diagnose, repair/clean/replace poor performing bill validators and printersInstall software including wiping the hard drive, RAM clearing/ set chipping for all manufacturers, install correct conversion software including OS and game softwareTest all player tracking components for functionality and accuracy and proper point accumulationCorrectly option games from all manufacturersExtensive knowledge of progressive controllers to trouble shoot and diagnose errorsProgram contribution rates and reset valuesProperly wire games for linked progressive communicationPrint setup information from progressive controllersAssists Slot Manager or Manager on Duty in gaming compliance regulations system reports.Assists with soft count during drop as requested Must keep up to date on new and changing technologies for all manufactures of gaming devices
