Job Description
Job Summary I am looking for an experienced printer and designer to show me how to use our HP Latex 630w within our small beverage distribution company located in Glenshaw, PA. Person would be responsible for printing all manners of vinyl including marketing stickers, cooler graphics and vehicle wraps. Knowlege of HP vinyl cutters and laminating will be helpful. Responsibilities Set up and operate HP Latex printers, ensuring proper calibration and color accuracy for each print job Prepare digital files using prepress techniques, including layout design, color management, and typography adjustments Monitor print quality throughout production, making real-time adjustments to maintain high standards Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning print heads and replacing consumables Collaborate with the design team to review proofs and ensure alignment with client specifications Perform quality control checks on finished prints, verifying color consistency, resolution, and material adherence Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience with screen printing or digital printing processes is highly desirable Knowledge of prepress workflows, color management, and layout design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including flexo presses or CNC machinery, is a plus Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong understanding of quality control standards within print advertising or signage production Basic machining skills and familiarity with typography are advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in print production processes Join us to bring vibrant visuals to life!
